Just got a "Who to Follow" box for the first time on the web #Mastodon UI...
Not sure how I feel about it.
On the one hand, discovery is a bit trickier here, so I suppose it's helpful.
It's nice that it distinguishes between "personalized" and "popular" suggestions...
But the actual cards don't include anything but the suggested person's name, handle, and website (?). I'd prefer a portion of the person's profile description, maybe?
So it feels a bit generic and like you have to go fishing to find someone you want to follow.
I may also be in the minority in that I'm almost happier following a bunch of hashtags rather than individuals...
