I've been managing to get up quite early these days, since I've switched my phone to an eink phone.
I have always considered myself as a nightowl, however, I've been looking at screen before going to bed since 2007, maybe that was a reason for an unnatural cycle?
It's all about grounding myself to mother earth now and go more with it's rhythm. Also with other things like food. Going well so far, I think
