Well...didn't get out of bed til almost 7 this morning and that makes me late for getting the day started...it's warm enough to get on the outdoor bike in a long sleeved t-shirt and get the first of three outdoor rides in and that is a welcome change from having to wait to ride until the temp comes up enough so I don't freeze my hands...I do need to do some meal planning today to change up what I've been eating and add some variety...good morning!
