Yes. Clients just have to come around to the idea. The basics are there in amethyst for example, but it's pretty much a power user feature.
Relay sets have been talked about, and switching between them, just gotta give it time I guess.
There's a basic explorer on relay.tools that you can use without changing any of your relay settings..
