The Gaza health ministry says there are 12,000 injured so far, but those numbers are probably inflated and "injured" could mean scuffed knee. Also, I don't know how many hospitals and clinics there are in gaza, so who knows? Either way, the rocket doesn't seem to have caused any damage to the clinic, just the parking lot.
Generally hospitals are avoided. Hamas' central command has been under Shifa hospital for over a decade now (is was in Al Quds hospital before that). Every time there's a flare up, Israel bombs the tunnels leading up to it, but not the hospital itself.
