Many people who are against mass migration are also for more assimilation to eliminate segregation. What they don't seem to understand is that geographical distribution doesn't really matter anymore. We have cars, we have the internet. Shutting down Chinatown doesn't make a difference.
You are better off encouraging ethnic enclaves, in order for them to be a visible representation of the realistic state of society. That way cultural homogeneity can exist both within and without.
