It’s “Bitcoin ATM Day” today!
On this day in 2013, the first bitcoin ATM ever was installed at a Vancouver coffee shop. It had a built-in palm scanner designed to prevent users from processing more than $3,000 CAD per day. 😆 So governable!
Today, Vancouver is becoming quite the Bitcoin city. We’re hearing good things, like this BitcoinMagazine (nprofile…wvc3) article about the city’s mayor:
