Idle Thoughts:
1. Texas legislators basically know both jack and sh*t about the internet and our young people.
2. They'd be shocked at how many "minors" are already using VPNs, and not just for porn.
2A, I'd wager 90% of those legislators have never heard of a VPN. But many will be learning now.
3. They apparently think porn is only available online from maybe half a dozen sources at most.
4. I bet a lot of clergymen are now thinking of how to justify a church VPN cost.
