There are too many things that we have to do or do not, but I agree that it would be better to drink once I have squeezed.
How I see all this. Better do than not do and everything is a trade-off in the end. Squeezing everyday takes time, especially if all family drinks that. What I do instead, prepare enough juice for a week, keep in a glass bottle in a fridge and drink daily. It might lose some goodies, but not everything.
