I doubt many left in protest at the Tory press being hostile.... that goes with the territory & there is nothing new - compared to how they treated Kinnock back in the day the last leader got it mild - the papers could see he was hopeless all on his own
But most on the Labour left have not left - they've just accepted (for now) for #labour to win requires leadership from the Centre-left. The entryists have largely departed - but they were never Labour in the first place...
