So I won't be able to update #YouAreNeeded on Sunday and I am still at the darkest place I can remember the last 2 years or so. Just posting that to say don't worry, I'll be back but I have to somehow figure that out with no headspace for it and needing to contact people who will remind me of my former life so it will be extra hard on top of it.
