seriously tho, as a renter, this is why i, as a landlord, hired a good property management company that makes swift repairs and also i am avoiding raising the rent. i can't abide people who think being a landlord means 1) never invest anything in your property; 2) take as much of the security deposit as possible for mickey-mouse bullshit. come on, we live in a **fucking society**
