If that's the case, anyone using it is entirely develops a dependence on it and, because its direction, availability, \u0026 cost is 100% determined by its proprietors (which can change, e.g. by acquisition/going out of business), any changes to which might make that software untenable for that user, who has no recourse. The same is never true of Libre software.",
