Fast and use fasting salts + plenty of hydration to keep feeling great. Gradually increase the length of your fasts. Do maybe one per week. When you don't eat food for an extended period of time, you start to see it more as a tool and treat it more wisely when you aren't fasting. I try to do 1 24-hour fast per week. Fasting salts were super important to help me feel halfway decent while I wasn't eating. Good luck!
