It's a stroke of genius that they've convinced us that we're "worthless" if we don't work. Even that word is charged: why are we measured by what we're "worth" by a standard set by people we don't give a shit about?
So that's gotta be the first step in breaking the cycle: realizing your value doesn't come from what you can produce.
