Those were done with a 20” 556 upper and mixed reloads with 55 gr boattails.
I have a 16” .223 Wylde full floating with a Holosun 510C on it currently for indoor training.
Its a bit overgassed and occasionally doesn’t lock open but usually feeds both 556 and 223. A few stuck rounds I had to mortar out but that’s what training is for I suppose.
