there appears to be a problem with the archive.org record for the RSS 2.0 spec.

it has been hosted at the same address (in the link below) since July 2003, yet the archive.org version of the site begins in 2016.

in other words, 13 years of the archive are not there.

for this kind of document it's esp important to be able to track any changes since the format it documents is frozen.
