That is an interpretation of the Constitution, it is not written to exclude non citizens. And anyways citizens and non-citizens rights are equally violated, don't think citizens are not affected because they are not currently targeted. Also, this reaction by the right may have been part of the plan by the elites all along. Eyes on the prize: taking the USA the rest of the way to a full-on police state.
