I got my GPT-4 access. It's not as fast as GPT-3.5, but requires less prompt engineering and less manual editing of outputted text.
Anecdotally, the delta between GPT-4 and GPT-3 feels around 50% as big as the delta between GPT-3 and GPT-2. It's very noticeable.
