1/ A month ago today I bought a flip phone. Originally intended as an emergency device (especially during foul weather). Forwarded calls and texts to the new phone. The results are in: less anxiety and stress, more present and engaged during social interactions, increased focus overall, nearly apathetic to social media, decreased FOMO, decreased less neck/back pain.
This net win was genuinely unexpected! My smartphone has become the new secondary device.
