It's important that Bitcoin grew slowly and didn't change from its principles. "Why?"
This allowed the network to grow organically and spread globally, thus ensuring security. How do you know it's secure? It was never hacked, changed or stopped. Therefore we have to assume that Bitcoin is secure and well distributed?
"I guess, yes..."
Okay and now, the scarcity comes in to play. With the knowledge, that by just holding on to your sats, everybody in the network gets more value for his sats, by reducing the supply. Do you get that? "Yes"

Therefore you will always have growth, because the demand will be greater tomorrow than today, forever! Just by decreasing supply we can create demand. So, unstoppable and increasing demand. And now, without changing the core principles, who were responsible for the growth of the network, bitcoin the protocol is programmable. A new monetary infrastructure is currently being built on top of Bitcoin growing exponentially. You can't see it now, because we're at 1-3% global adoption. But we know now, that Bitcoin will grow forever, because of the scarcity and security, so does adoption grow forever. That means, the best is still in front of us.
"I've never looked at it from this perspective. And now?"
So, we have this unstoppable and finite protocol/network with an exponentially demand creating value and growth.

Go home and find out, of I'm right. "shouldn't I just buy bitcoin"
Jesus fu***... Why do you trust me? You don't know me. Don't do that, think critical. And yeah, buy some bitcoin, bye.
Oh did I told you that 94% of all BTC are already mined? Hurry up, the door is closing.
