Even the US army is not immune to copyright law (although in this case it was contract law moreso) - there one a case where they were using some proprietary software across their network via network drives or something and the business behind such software made a bullshit claim that they were not licensed for such usage (in reality, once you've gained an authorized copy of software, you can run it within an institution however you would like) - but of course the US army ended up having to fork out huge sums of money for their usage to maintain the status quo.

The courts have to give the illusion that the laws serve the people, so lets say that there's a case where it is clear that google has intentionally infringed the copyright of another party and a payment won't rectify the issue - the court is just going to order google to comply with the license terms - the fact that google has never intentionally infringed the copyright of any GNU software and has banned even the internal testing of AGPLv3 licensed software proves it - if the AGPLv3 had no legal force and enforcing it was like farting in the wind - google would be using AGPLv3 software on their servers and would refuse to provide their modified versions.

>I commit piracy as a deliberate act of economic warfare against these giants.
Theft and murder with the assistance of a boat against the giants would be economic warfare.

Running an unauthorized copy of their malware that serves them is an act that serves *them*, as you receiving that software cost them $0, they actually got money off the guy who paid for the original copy and that malware is programmed to serve their interests first and foremost, although it pretends to serve you.

>you play by the moral rules they made up
I play by true moral rules, not the false ones them made up.

There is nothing immoral about sharing software and there is a huge amount of software available that respects the 4 freedoms available for sharing, but it is immoral to distribute malware.

Free software is gaining ground against them, program by program and library by library which are under a freedom defending license, unfortunately they have endless lackeys who thoughtlessly serve them while thinking that their act of serving them is economic warfare against them!
