I wouldn’t imagine this is a big risk for people who take a couple of Advil once every few weeks or months.
However, if you are someone who, for example, lives with chronic pain and takes Advil, Aleve, aspirin, or other NSAIDs daily and are on an SSRI, you should talk with a doctor about the risks.
