Any normal decent person would say that both scenarios should have parents called. These freaks apparently think that if they gay or trooned out they get special treatment and their parents don't get notified. Instead they get to run around the school ruining their entire life and their families name.
Instead of notifying the parents their children are engaged in risky behavior or behavior that underage children shouldn't really be partaking in willy nilly with the support of everyone they are encouraged to make poor decisions and do things that may very well destroy their entire lives.
These people deserve to be hanged in the public square.
