Yep. In New Orleans, someone I took in stole my rent and I got evicted.
More people are going to have to start living like I did to survive, dodgy cash-only landlors, renting attics and basements, surviving harrassment, working for crumbs, basic survival.
Most city property is now owned by foreign intrests and corporations.
