What the rescheduling does is it lets you go to your Primary Care Physician in a legalized state and say something like "using marijuana is effective against my anxiety/depression/nausea/whatever can you prescribe me some?" and the doctor can legally prescribe it for you in the same way that they can prescribe codeine after tooth extraction. And then it's not a federal law violation to have it so you are 100% legal.
