If I decide to eat a burrito you don't get to stop me because you don't like watching people eat burritos. If a person wears a t shirt for a movie you don't like you don't get to make them change their shirt because you don't like the movie. If a person is trans and you don't like trans people, you don't get to tell them not to ever be in public because you don't want to see trans people. When other people do something that doesn't meaningfully involve you beyond the level of merely coexisting, you do not get to impose conditions on them like that, you cannot demand that they restrict themselves to only what you'll permit.
So when someone says, "I didn't consent to there being kink at pride" that's a misrepresentation of what consent is.
Your consent isn't required for someone to exist in public in a way you don't like.
