Details: I tried the VPS service, and was looking to shift back to normal hosting (after the price DOUBLED this yr). Now, not only do they not do free WP site hosting with domain reg (like they used to) but will not add free domain reg to a paid hosting plan if one switches away from VPS.
And the "support" emails which are supposed to be from a real human are… very weird.
