"content": "Setup, specifically, is DM because unit stats are secret information. (Class, troop count and action flags are public, the rest isn't; even ability list is technically secret but the game currently doesn't obscure that, because currently ability list doesn't vary, it's just fixed to class. In full version I can probably just not present the ability list at all, and expect you to remember it, but charged actions shouldn't reveal what they are until they go off so I need some way of masking them during input.)",
