The "Khan Noonien Singh" name is something like "Katsuhiro Gabdullehu Windsor".
If you think "Gabdullehu" sounds like a fake name, that's because I made it up. Similarly, I've never met or heard of "Noonien" (spelled as such).
I suspect this "Kim Noonien Singh" in WW2 gave Gene a fake name.
