Just pasteurized and bottled a mead. First time doing it, and I actually am kinda guessing because I don't have a thermometer. I'm gonna be watching these bottles carefully for a few days...
This is the most basic mead possible. I have blueberry and vanilla still fermenting.
Its a lot clearer than my camera makes it...
