Yeah, 13 bucks a month for access to a relay is pretty steep. I already pay 12k sats for my personal relay. If it's a one-time fee I can justify it, but my subscription to the nostr.wine DM Inbox relay is a monthly 2500 so I wanna be sure before I make a payment.
