Imagine a conditional transaction that uses nostr as an intermediary.
Example:
Buying a physical item (let just say it is a bag) online.
The seller produce a business receipt via nostr. The seller pays it via lightning but it goes into a pending transaction. The seller provides a postage tracking number.
Item received.
Buyer sign / confirm transaction and the payment routed to seller.
Is it possible?
