"content": "I love a simple bot, but the Birds Colours one just depresses the hell out of me. Every time I see one of its reductive palettes pop up in my feed it makes me sad. It's the perfect example of data driven statistical tyranny, whether intended or not.\n\nBelow is the bot post for a Tennessee Warbler and a (random, not the one used to generate palette) pic of a Tennessee Warbler. \n\nAs Albert Maysles once said \"Tyranny is the deliberate removal of nuance.\" \n\n#birds #colours #bots\nhttps://cdn.masto.host/zirkus/media_attachments/files/112/724/598/285/362/645/original/10cdab46fe8d57e4.png\nhttps://cdn.masto.host/zirkus/media_attachments/files/112/724/598/449/790/359/original/026eeb52f2d0e468.png\n",
