All instances must be manually removed once the spam deluge is over.

But what if you trusted npub1jqcdy436g6c3232l6htsdwtj8yrf36e30d6nsqmywy6m24cakt9sgk3mpt (npub1jqc…3mpt) to manage this spam deluge? Wouldn't it be cool to be able to subscribe to his list temporarily, and as he removes entries from the list (as they shut down the spam holes), your mute list would be magically updated?
How many hours of admin time will be spent over the next week doing exactly the same repetitive work of verifying that an instance can now be removed?
