I need some help from someone that knows electricity.

I also have a LiPo battery: https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B096HBVLWV
I have a device that needs constant power: Raspberry Pi Zero 2 w
The battery won't charge and output power at the same time, how do I make it do just that?
I've heard about charge controllers, but no idea what I need. All items have USB cables.
