A West African immigrant to the UK who stabbed three people to death and mowed down three others in a stolen car in Nottingham, England last year was given a special plea deal where he was convicted of only manslaughter and attempted murder. Valdo Calocane has a long history of violence. He was sentenced to detainment in a high-security hospital due to his mental health.
