Considering hosting an #Akkoma instance as an experiment with #elixirlang. But I am afraid that it will quickly fill up my storage bucket with media files.
Why don't #Mastodon / #Fediverse servers use content addressing like IPFS to distribute the serving load for static media? 🤔
