There was a big jump in NZ national wastewater last week off a low base (a 70%) increase for the week ending 21st off the week before. As the data released today has no movement in hospitalisations in that week (in particular late in the week) I think it is likely back to school spread in young (which does make the back to school surge larger than normal)
