Another 2 tricks i combine with it is a free diving breathing training technique, 1st holdyour breath as long as u can and when u breath out start a timer for 4 mins and 2nd breath in your nosr out your mouth because nasal breaths arefound to create higher levels of oxygen absprption but on your last breath before you hold your breath, breath quickly in qith your mouth because doing that will do the opposite effect and ite has the least oxygen bearing reaults meaning youll have richer oxygen in your lungs on the lastbreath and youll have rich oxygen in your blood because of the nose breathing. It works great its legal natural epo blood doping. U cancdo it once a day bit u shouldnt do it more ur body needs time to make more red blood cells.
