Many founders and mom and pops have found this out the hard way. For many of these businesses it was fatal. You can go for years with no negative marks, charge backs, etc.
They just randomly decide one day that your business is "high-risk."
One of their competitors alleges that they conspire with VCs to shut down competitors.
