~1.5 seconds from ice drop to splash, so well isn't dry.
250v at the well, but zero amperage draw (yes, clamp meter is only around a hot).
In a bit I'll check continuity between wires to make sure it isn't grounded out. I'd expect it to trip the breaker if it was, but gotta test anyway I guess.
