The good: Yes it's a clever way to use the Pavlovian theory, people will tend to behave nicely if they think they will get rewarded.
The bad: Pavlovian theory tends to breakdown into the hive mind where everyone will chase after treats. I've been observing this behaviour now for a week. Paying for attention. It's no different than giving Musk the 800 bucks to have your xweet seen by anyone outside your algosphere.
The ugly: It's way interaction is down to the levels they are which is bleeding users. You're all trained to think zap is the highest compliment when the reason why most people join any sort of back and forth communications on the internet is social interaction.
