Watch a ton of #youtube videos on how phones, internet, #tiktok , #algorithms , etc hurt us and how to #breakfree but at the end of the day my #phone is fun and I do enjoy being brainless for a little bit at the end of the day. I think the real issue is the other hours that sneak up on you minutes at a time throughout the day.
