Should come as no surprise that women get paid less, when we allow the NBA to totally exclude women to the point that they have to found a WNBA just to get a chance to play basketball. It's this sexually segregated system that causes the pay gap. No miracle on earth is going to make the WNBA as popular as the NBA. Sexists can oppress women without looking sexist, just by preferentially funding the men's organization. Oh sure they totally support and are rooting for the female only organization (heh heh) but they simply haven't got the cash after investing $50mil more in the NBA. Not sexist at all!
