It's infuriating when cancelling something is made unnecessarily complicated. I've had similar issues in the past. Companies really should make cancelling as easy, if not easier, than signing up IMHO.
I'm in the UK so don't use them but had a look on the website (hopefully the correct one).
Is there a "Delivery Schedule" section of your account to edit, pause, or cancel altogether? I found that mentioned in one of the FAQ sections under "Managing My Account".
