crazy that they could do this...have it 'not work' in their timeframe...and then just print to make up the difference.. No loss possible effectively, much upside potential.
goes to show i dont think many executives in the State actually know how the money printer works but rather are focused on their little slice of administration, getting funding for it, and keeping their political boosters happy/laying low and not getting in trouble.
