"content": "受罚这个说法不太准确,受罚应该用扣减供给额度来描述比较好。网络中每个互动都需要耗能,但是总供给和总需要在一定限额内是匹配的。然后就是不断优化额度分配。超出限额部分需要网络整体购买,于是所有节点有了动力去惩罚浪费的节点。网络整体的内容产出分出一部分收益优先补偿网络的能耗。其他归内容创作者所有。这个基本就是UBI的社会模型。这个需要网络规模很大,和其他网络竞争中占有优势的时候才有用(代价是用网络效应在一定程度上限制了人的自由迁徙权)",
