Echoing what Eriner said, a large majority of the debt is ‘owned’ by us. Foreign demand is still quite strong as well, at least with the recent auction data. I don’t think BRICs will be successful or is a serious threat, and I think the dollar will largely be okay. Going to see some weakness as they ease rates, but everything else (sovereign bonds) out there blows in comparison.
