GM Nostr. What is good today?
Plowing through this bag of Ethiopian Light roast after a few bags of mediums and darker stuff. Going to start messing around with some "per cup" blends when this bag is done. I have some sample size bags of darks and mediums I will be blending in with a Light base to see if I can fine a sweet spot.
Headed to town today to get supplies for the table my wife and I will be getting started on this weekend. Excited to do this project with her and even better if it turns out nice. Best outcome is we get to sell it and make some more.
